2016 Regional Middle School Computer Fair

CSIU Middle School Computer Fair 2016MILTON – Forty-two teams competed at the 2016 Regional Middle and High School Computer Fairs at the CSIU in March.

After spending months creating their projects, students competed against peers from neighboring schools, and in some cases, against their own classmates.

Judges from the technology field spent two hours evaluating the projects before the winners were declared. Students taking top honors from each category will advance to the state competition at Dickinson College in May. All participants were provided with feedback, and first-place winners can incorporate judges' suggestions into their projects before moving on to the state competition.

Regional competitions are held at 20 intermediate units throughout the state, and the CSIU has hosted the competition since 1998.

Below are the results from the competitions.
