Follow the application steps below, and contact the LPN Career Center if you have any questions.
- Complete the application (also available in the program catalog) and mail it with the application fee, along with two letters of reference, to:

Milton, PA 17847 - Submit your official high school or official GED transcript.
- Upon receipt of the completed application, students will be directed to take the Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS) entrance exam. Information about the TEAS will be sent after a completed application is obtained.
- The Admissions, Academics, and Ethics Committee reviews all applications for a recommendation of admission. The deadline for submitting an application for the full-time program is May 31st and the deadline for submitting an application for the part-time program is October 15th. Please call for specific deadlines and admission decision dates.
- Applicants accepted into the nursing program who have attended other academic institutions may submit an official transcript from that institution to apply for credit for courses taken.
- Complete the application (also available in the program catalog) and mail it with the application fee, along with two letters of reference, to:
