• Congratulations on your decision to apply to the Central Susquehanna LPN Career Center!

Follow the application steps below, and contact the LPN Career Center if you have any questions.

    1. Complete the application and mail it with the application fee, along with two letters of reference, to:

           Office of Admissions
           Central Susquehanna LPN Career Center
1339 St. Mary Street, Suite 2
           Lewisburg, PA 17837

    2. Submit your official high school or offical GED transcript.

    3. Upon receipt of the completed application, students will be directed to take the Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS) entrance exam. Information about the TEAS and the urine drug screening will be sent after a completed application is obtained.

    4. Applicants are required to have a urine drug screening prior to formal acceptance into the nursing program. If the urine drug screening is positive, admission into the nursing program will be denied. During enrollment, students who demonstrate signs and behaviors that appear to indicate chemical impairment/use will require additional testing. Expense of any additional testing will be the responsibility of the student.

    5. The Admissions, Academics and Ethics Committee reviews all applications for recommendation of admission.  The deadline for submitting an application for the full time program is in March and the deadline for submitting an application for the part time program program is in August.  Please call for specific deadline and admission decision dates.

    6. Applicants accepted into the nursing program who have attended other academic institutions may submit an official transcript from that institution to apply for credit for courses taken.
