LEARNING AND LEADING ONLINE.
The CSIU's Department of Online Learning is committed to supporting quality educational outcomes for students learning online. Through support for local educators and school districts, the CSIU engages in local, regional and national partnerships to support local educators. Through partnerships with Professional Organizations, Courseware providers and other Intermediate Unit Partners our work continues to focus on research, problems of practice and innovative solutions for program support. Consultation and professional learning opportunities focused on continuous improvement for districts offering in-house online learning programs, many of which are free or low cost to CSIU member districts.

The Department of Online Learning has partnered with Quality Matters (QM) as a licensed training facility, to support cohort professional learning opportunities to support regional educators in online course design aligned to research-based best practices. Our department staff hold credentials to instruct QM workshops and serve as online course reviewers for Quality Matters.
