Celebrate Communicate Day is an annual event that features activities, entertainment and games that encourage all levels of communication ability. Students use electronic voice output devices, language boards and tablet computers to engage in conversations with one another.

Every May for the past 23 years, the campus of the CSIU central office takes on a new appearance. Immediately outside the main entrance to the building, two huge tents are set up to house the many activities associated with "Celebrate Communicate Day!"
