Evaluations for TPEs

Evaluations for Temporary Professionals

TPE (non-tenured/staff employed on a time-limited basis) evaluations will be rated with Charlotte Danielson's Framework for Teaching (adapted by the Pennsylvania Department of Education from Charlotte Danielson’s 2011 “Framework for Teachers”). Staff identifying as TPEs will have a Portfolio, Walkthroughs, and Formal Observations, that will account for the Observation and Practice portion of the evaluation. TPEs will undergo two complete evaluations each year.
