Please note: these figures are subject to change as they are based on Federal poverty guidelines.
For each additional person over 8, add $5,500
Examples:
A family of four is eligible for Early Head Start or Head Start if the family’s
total yearly income is less than $32,150.
A family of four is eligible for Pre-K Counts if the family’s total yearly income
is less than $96,450.

Examples:
A family of four is eligible for Early Head Start or Head Start if the family’s
total monthly income is less than $2679.17.
A family of four is eligible for Pre-K Counts if the family’s total monthly income
is less than $8,037.50.

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
