Dr. Theresa Bartholomew, CSIU's Director of Educational Planning, champions core values: Service to Others, Innovation, Equity in Action, and Passion for Excellence. With two decades of experience in public education, most recently as a curriculum director, federal programs coordinator, professional learning coordinator, and cyber academy coordinator, she supervises the eToole Virtual Learning Program, advancing the use of educational technology and modern teaching methods.
